Heliskiing with a view to the Kazbek (5 days)

15 guaranteed descents. A guide is in charge for a sub-group. The maximum number of tourists is 9.

District Mamison located in Alagirsky and Irafskiy areas of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. The season lasts from mid-December to mid-April. The best time for skiing is from February till March. For the program we use Evrocopter helicopters with a team of experienced pilots, total flight experience in the Caucasus Mountain Range – more than 1000 hours. Our guides have years of experience in different places of the country and worldwide, they have certificates from Canadian School of Mountain Guides. Elevation difference is 1350-1400m.  Altitudes from 2000m to 3500-3700m. Terrain features – fields and couloirs of different difficulty levels.

The price includes: 4 nights at 4* art-hotel «Fiagdon» (DBL), services at the hotel – swimming pool, sauna, hammam, meals (breakfast, lunch bag, dinner), group transfer Mineralnye Vody – hotel – Mineralnye Vody, 15 guaranteed descents, rent of the helicopter  “evrocopter Lama”, avalanche equipment  (ABS, avalanche sensor,  avalanche rod, shovel),  UIAMG certified guides

Price doesn’t include: insuranceadditional descents, individual transfer,  additional activities at non-flying weather days, additional services at the hotel. 

Recommended equipment:
-free ride ski\snowboard
-ski poles (for the snowboarders we would advise to take telescopic ones)
-helmet
-mask preferably with extra filters  
-all other ordinary skiing equipment

Additional features:
Additional descents. After 15 descents in case of favorable weather conditions you have an opportunity to descent more.
Price of additional runs to be requested
Refund for non-used descents.
The participants are refunded stated amount of money for each descent that was canceled due to objective reasons (non-flying weather, danger of avalanche, etc.)
